Message	honor a verbal agreement, is sending $1100 to a person without having a part in hand. I'm not that stupid, and I'd certainly hope you'd never do that either. I would have gladly paid IMMEDIATELY, but the seller kept saying, "I don't have it off the car yet", and therefore I couldn't even arrange pickup of the part and an exchange of money. The seller pretty much told me, "I'll let you know when I have the part off my car" and then the next thing I know, the part is sold w/o even giving me a chance to match the competing offer.
